Work is going well. A few students followed me on instagram which lead to about 50 million more following me, they find it fascinating. I give them tips and suggestions on how to improve their photos and what angles to use. I also have many dialogues with them during the class periods to pick their brains and see how good their English is. I like to ask them questions that will make them think about their responses.
Got McDonald's this week! The 9 piece as opposed to the 10 in America, but it came with free cake, could not complain.
I speak German so I had to get the Stuttgart beach blanket it was only right. We were at a pebble beach!
I had to get the Movie-Like photo of course. Looking at the Mediterranean. We joked that we should go to Egypt, what a fun side trip that would be!

ReplyDeleteUnfortunately you pictures did not post! There are spots for them, but they are just empty boxes. It's really great that you are connecting with students about something you enjoy (photography/film). Students can tell when you are truly interested in what they have to say. It helps them open up and take risks with the language.
It seems like you're picking up some wonderful souvenirs. Do you have any trips planned on the weekend? How is life where you are living?
