Pareesa-Istanbul-Week 3

Work remains the same: slow and quiet. I still am assisting with inputting all the new grad program applicants information in one sheet and reading through the documents.
This past weekend we went to Pamukkale and Antalya! Pamukkale was an extremely small town; the main attraction were the salt formations, ruins, and paragliding--which was terrifying! In Antalya, the beach was really close to where we were staying and its waters were visible within a few feet of walking

Antalya's sea at night

River in Antalya we rafted
. The Old City was breathtaking--pictures do not do it justice! At night I walked around the town and found myself near the sea where people were stargazing and there was only the sound of waves. It was a really peaceful moment.

  1. Pareesa,

I'm happy that work is going well for you- no matter how slow and quiet. What do you plan to do at work for the remaining part of your internship?

Did you go paragliding? I can't imagine!!

Peaceful moments are always welcome. What a wonderful opportunity.

    Best,
    Tammy
