Boming Istanbul Week 3

This weekend we went to visit Hagia Sophia. We arrived there at around 4 p.m., which was close to the closing time of the museum, so the line for tickets was pleasantly short. The museum was splendid but sadly there were part of it under restoration. But that surely gave me a reason to revisit it in the future!

                                            Exterior of Hagia Sophia
The stairs (with ancient graves on the side)
                                            The dome(s)
                                            A close up on domes
The making of Kofte (Turkish meatball)
                                          People fishing on galata bridge
                                         Blue mosque at night
                                          Sunset at the Bosphorus

  1. Boming,

Your pictures are great! The Hagia Sophia looks so elegant. Did you go on a guided tour or just freely walk around?

    How's work?

    Best,
    Tammy
